男中1.13億大樂透 贈260萬幫彩券行店員買車圓夢
今（2018）年10月23日開在南投草屯1人獨得1.13億元大樂透，這位幸運中獎人已現身領獎，台灣彩券公司總經理蔡國基今（25）日透露，是一名年約50多歲南投人上班族，只花100元電選2注就中頭獎，而且是在投注站自己對獎，即便當下很興奮，但想到財不露白馬上冷靜下來，沒讓人知道，並感念幫他列出彩券的投注站銷售人員，知道他行動不便想存錢買車，因此提供260萬元幫他圓夢買車。
蔡國基指出，中得1.13億大樂透的這名幸運得主，已婚育有2個小孩，南投縣人，受薪階級，頭大、臉方、鼻大有肉、有耳垂，平時喜歡買電腦彩券大樂透及今彩539，太太則只要有新的刮刮樂推出也會買，每次購買金額100至500元，而且都在上班附近的投注站買，這次中獎彩券也一樣，花100元2注電選號碼，結果第1注中了1.13億元頭獎，實領9105萬5672元。
不過，蔡國基透露，中獎人並不是在家對獎，而是先看到投注站張貼開出頭獎的海報，帶著在那購買的彩券到投注站，自己在那對獎，沒想到真的中了頭獎，讓他相當興奮，但他也馬上想到財不露白，因此保持冷靜沒讓投注站裡的人知道，回家後馬上與老婆分享中獎喜悅，兩人也非常開心，對未來充滿了希望。
蔡國基轉述，中獎人說他中頭獎時，他第一個想到的是投注站幫他列出彩券的銷售人員，印象中有聽到銷售人員跟別人談天時提到，因行動不方便，因此想存錢買車，所以中獎人也決定幫他圓夢。
蔡國基說，中獎人除捐出380萬元做公益，另包6.6萬紅包給投注站，還有指定贈送銷售人員260萬元買車。同時，中獎人也提到「有買有希望」，中獎後也會到廟裡去拜拜，並計畫還清房貸及換車，剩下的錢會做投資理財。
