高雄市鄭姓女子四年前蓄意旋開瓦斯鋼瓶閥，再用打火機點火釀民宅氣爆，害自己顏面、四肢有燒燙傷，檢警據高雄市消防局火調報告，依放火燒燬住宅罪嫌起訴鄭女。然而，鄭女不斷辯稱，「不記得案發經過」，鄭父也證稱，女兒長期受思覺失調症所苦，有就醫診斷紀錄，高雄地方特惠組合法院認定鄭女犯案時，出現被害妄想才想輕生，判她無罪，令她入處所施以監護1年。鄭女與舅舅、舅媽同住一屋，卻在四年前10月31日時，將放在一樓客廳茶几旁的瓦斯鋼瓶氣閥開關轉開，讓瓦斯外洩，再點火點燃瓦斯，害民宅氣爆，現場一片慘不忍睹，沙發塑膠皮、電視機外殼全被燒熔，茶几桌板結構也被高溫燒得碳化，幸好氣爆威力不至於讓住宅主結人氣產品過年送禮推薦構損壞。. } }); } 同棟住戶聽聞氣爆聲響，通報高雄市消防局趕抵搶救，涉嫌縱火的鄭女也被依法送辦。鄭女到案辯稱，有聽過父親講述過此事，但已不記得案發經過。鄭女辯護人也辯稱，鄭女受妄想型思覺失調症影響人氣產品網購人氣商品，犯案時欠缺辨識、行為能力，也就沒有責任能力。檢方調查，鄭女案發前曾陸續在家割腕、用刀刺傷胸口，還曾從3樓高處一躍而下，送往高雄榮民總醫院急診救治，發現她出現被害意念，還有視聽幻覺等症狀，經醫院診斷，鄭女疑似有思覺失調症。鄭女在犯案那年9月22日出院，隨後在10月31日縱火，害自己顏面、右上肢、雙下肢有二度燒傷，受傷表面積占全身13%。高雄地方法院認定，鄭女犯案時受被害妄想影響，無法分辨現實與妄想情境，深感無望才萌生自輕生念頭，判她無罪。然而，鄭女行為對他人生命財產有高度危險性，若缺乏適度治療，恐有再犯疑慮；為優惠專區必買及早預防，法官令她持續接受精神評估、治療，並入相當處所施以監護1年，可上訴。高雄市鄭女患思覺失調症，4年前出現被害妄想，旋開瓦斯又點火釀氣爆，高雄地方法院認定她無行為辨識能力，判她無罪，但要施以監護1年。圖／報系資料照 分享 facebook
NBA／此生難得拚冠機會 厄文盼球隊拋棄自我中心
曾在2016年首嘗總冠軍滋味，塞爾蒂克明星主控厄文（Kyrie Irving）期盼生涯二捧冠軍金盃。他24日119：103捕蜂終止3連敗後，坦言如果球隊眾將能夠拋棄利己主義，以團隊為重，綠衫軍重返榮耀將不是夢。
塞爾蒂克本季戰績起伏大，拉出8連勝後又苦嘗3連敗，球隊少見召開會議，讓球員間開誠布公。厄文透露，最重要的是球員需要了解自己在球隊中的定位，即便角色不盡人意。
「如果能夠拋開自我中心，我想這會是我們一生中難得的爭冠機會。」厄文直言若要達成遠大目標，每個人都必須各司其職、各安其位。
塞爾蒂克上季在厄文、海瓦德（GordonHayward）因傷缺陣下打出驚喜，連兩季闖進東區決賽，20歲的泰托姆（Jayson Tatum）、22歲的布朗（Jaylen Brown ）、24歲的洛齊爾（Terry Rozier）等多位年輕球員打出代表作，本季如何整合新舊戰力成為綠衫軍最大挑戰。
「很多年輕球員不了解要爭冠需要有多少犧牲。」厄文表示關鍵不是起跑點而是終點，媒體過度高捧，會讓球員蒙蔽了雙眼，球員不時也會以當下表現自滿，「但這是6個月的長期抗戰，重點是誰能拚到最後。」
厄文表示，球員承受的心理壓力絕非外界能想像，說比做還要容易，「海瓦德板凳出發並從傷痛中復出，或許他能夠侃侃而談，但你們終究無法感同身受。我很高興我們彼此能夠敞開心胸對談交流想法，為了遠大目標而努力。」
